Faith Edem
Policy Analyst, Environment and Climate Change Canada
Faith Edem is a change agent that champions the intersection of sustainability, public policy, and its impacts on youth and racialized groups. Faith is a policy actor at the federal level, and she contributes to Canada�s bilateral climate finance programming. In her previous role, she developed analysis on federal energy policies, building sector decarbonization and net-zero emissions. She currently works in climate finance where she is supporting developing countries in implementing MRV governance systems. Faith is a passionate climate leader with a proven record of accomplishments; she is a 2021 Corporate Knights 30 under 30 Sustainability Leader, GreenBiz Circularity 21 Emerging Leader and a climate resilience author. Faith recognizes the importance of inclusive youth-led climate action beyond 2030 and 2050. Faith is an SDG advocate, public speaker and researcher for global and local projects. She is passionate about shaping her research experience to support the UN Sustainability Development Goals 7, 8, 11,& 13. She looks forward to connecting with young leaders committed to a sustainable and low-carbon future.
