Francesca Chiappetta
Master's Candidate, Duke University
I am a Master of Environmental Management student at Duke University Nicholas School of the Environment and hold a bachelor's degree in Biology and Ecology and a minor in Biochemistry from Colorado College. I am interested in natural resource and environmental economics and executing quantitative analyses using data science and economic methods. I have 3+ years of professional experience in environmental management including working in voluntary carbon offsets and payment for environmental services. Currently, I am a Project Manager through Duke Bass Connections where I manage a group of students to develop a deliverable that distills information on the voluntary carbon offset market for farmers engaged in regenerative grazing.
