Robert Fetell
Founder, Chair, Resilience Youth Network
Rob Fetell is the Founder and Chair of the Resilience Youth network: a 501(c)(3) that provides a platform for young thought leaders to collaborate and discover how to incorporate climate resilience in their diverse careers. In just ten months, the RYN has grown to 100+ members from 12 countries. Rob's work experience spans an internship in Government Relations at Shell International, B.V. (in the Hague, Netherlands); an internship at Ramboll, a Danish Civil Engineering firm; and a resilience internship for the Miami Beach Commissioner who chairs the Land Use & Sustainability Committee. He also served as Penn�s UN Youth Delegate to the �Innovation and Collaboration for a Sustainable World� Conference and was appointed by the City of Miami Beach Commission to serve on the Board of the City�s Next Generation Council. Rob is currently completing his MS of Applied Geosciences (Engineering Geology) at the University of Pennsylvania. Most recently, after the Surfside condo collapse, he wrote an Op-ed in the Miami Herald that calls for a combination of resilient investment and enhanced municipal standards, inspections and enforcement.
