Yifan Liu

Yifan Liu is a Ph.D. student at Georgia Institute of Technology, focusing on climate, energy, and environmental policy. She is interested in unlocking research barriers by novel data, multidisciplinary perspectives, and cutting-edge computational methods. She is currently exploring equity and development issues arising from the process of clean energy transition and low-carbon technology adaptation. She had work experience with the World Bank Group and New York State Energy Research and Development Authority on climate change, clean energy innovation, and sustainable agriculture. Grew up in a small coastal town, she enjoys diving and mountaineering and speaks Chinese, English, Romanian, and French.
